Create Bill of Materials (Take off) from Residential Construction Blueprints (USA Home)

I have complete architectural and structural drawings for my home. I need someone to create a bill of materials for all the lumber and hardware required to put up the house frame (nails, brackets, joints, etc).

The person should have familiarity of the international residential building code in order to do this take off.

Looking for someone with experience doing this.
