Create Architectural Plans of Restaurant in REVIT

I am in need of a freelancer who can create an architectural plan of a small restaurant in REVIT. Specifically, I need a floor plan to be generated using existing blueprints or sketches and the output should be in CAD format. I have existing blueprints that can be used as the basis for the plan, but I welcome creative suggestion from the freelancer on how it can be improved. I'm seeking someone who is knowledgeable about REVIT and can create a detailed plan of the restaurant in the provided format with accuracy and speed. The ideal freelancer would be able to complete this project in a timely manner and will be able to explain their approach throughout the project. I'm open to feedback and suggestions from the freelancer in order to create the best plan possible. Is around 250 SQM, need include BIM methodology, Plumping, Structural, Architectural and 3D.
