Create Architectural Drawings and file drawings with NYC DOB

Hello! I am a licensed GC looking to work with an architect in NYC who is licensed and has the ability to file drawings. I have all of the measurements, designs, layouts, etc. I have performed all site visits and can accurately dictate the scope of work to be done. I will secure the work permits, but I need an RA to file the drawings.
