I'm seeking an experienced architect to create a detailed design and manufacturing drawing for my small, residential modular timber-framed building, 4x6m. The project must featurejust one room and terrace and incorporate a stylish cladding finish, topped with a durable, low-pitched metal or rubber roof. Needs to be made of parts maximum size is 3900x2100mm (for transportation) as much made off site. Minimal on site labour required.
