LA County Permit Floorplan Update -- 2

My existing residential floor plan is already in a digital file, but every wall, door, window, and opening now needs to be verified and redrafted so the set will pass Los Angeles County plan check. The scope covers the entire house, not just isolated rooms or an addition, so accuracy throughout is critical.

You will start from my current file (most likely a DWG, though I can export other formats if needed) and bring it up to permitting standards—clean layers, correct line weights, proper title block, north arrow, overall and individual room dimensions, and clear window/door tags. Experience with LA County submittal requirements and California Residential Code is highly preferred; I do not want rework once the plan checker reviews it.

Deliverables
• Updated floor plan in both native editable format (e.g., AutoCAD DWG or Revit file) and a stamped-ready PDF at ¼″ = 1′-0″ scale
• Separate sheet showing window and door schedules if required by the County
• One round of minor revisions after County comments, included in the fee
