Country house

I have bought a land with direct access to a river, and want to build a country house there in few phases (land size W18m x L80m)
1) shore upgrade (full concrete 18m) - completed
2) fence / hedge around the whole area
3) greenery plan (grass, trees, etc)
4) backyard pavilion/patio: 10x8m (8x8 main space, 2x8 back room), only 1 wall with the kitchen, 3 walls fully open. Materials: concrete/cement, wood, steel
5) firepit
6) house
7) swimming pool

1st phase is finished, focus now is on 2,3,4, where I need an architectural/design project plan
