Country Lot Design: Buildings & Landscaping
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I own a 2.75-acre country lot that needs a comprehensive design plan. The property will host three buildings: a large barn, a small cabin, and a residential home, all designed in a modern yet simple country style. I also need the following:
- A long driveway designed for access to all three buildings.
- A septic tank and leach field planned out.
- Strategic utility placement.
- Thoughtful placement of native trees and other native vegetation throughout the property.
The primary use of these buildings is for residential living, so the design should cater to that. I have a preference for a mix of native plants for the landscaping.
