Country House Design
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
We have a 5000m2 block of land in York WA on which we want to build a custom design country house.
Being a completely empty block, there's no end of potential for your design creativity here. Our initial plan is to develop an overall concept for the site and to then build enough of a house to live in while we progress the rest of the project.
We're looking at using fairly conventional materials for the build and want a design which is 'deemed to comply' with the R5 zoning and WA Residential Design Codes. Site costs are high, so the design needs to consider pre-fabrication as much as possible.
We'll need a full set of design deliverables to submit to for York Council to issue a building permit for the works.
