Convert blueprint to digital floor plan

I’m looking for a highly reliable and skilled freelancer to convert a blueprint into a digital floor plan. I’m not entirely sure what specific requirements I should have for the digital floor plan, so I’ll need advice from an experienced freelancer. I would prefer the digital floor plan be made in SketchUp software format. The blueprint I have is on a small scale, such as a small apartment (62,8m2). I’m looking forward to finding a freelancer with the skillset and expertise to fulfill this project in an excellent manner.
