Convert PDF to ArchiCAD

I'm looking for a skilled architectural draftsperson to convert a PDF set of plans into ArchiCAD scaled drawing.
Key Tasks:
- Convert detailed site, floor plan, and elevation drawings from PDF to ArchiCAD with precise measurements (scale as per indicated on existing plans)
Requirements:
- A strong proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate conversion from PDF to ArchiCAD.
- Prior experience with residential architectural projects will be highly regarded.
