Contemporary Residential House Design with Pool

I'm seeking a proficient architect/ designer with modern and contemporary design experience, to create a comprehensive design for my residential house. This project will include:

- Detailed designs for all utilities: Electricity, Water, Gas and Solar
- An open concept kitchen
- Full designs for bathrooms, built-in cupboards (BIC), and furniture
- A 4D rendering of the house
- A Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- An infinite swimming pool with a waterfall feature

Ideal candidates should have strong skills in architectural design, 4D modeling, and BOQ preparation. Prior experience with sustainable energy design will be highly valued. The ability to create a visually stunning and practical design is essential.
