I'm looking for an experienced and creative designer who can help me develop renovation plans for a house built in 1960 with a preference for contemporary design. The project has two primary objectives:
1. Master Bedroom and Bathroom:
• Expansion of the current bathroom and update of all fixtures.
• Inclusion of a walk-in closet within the master bedroom space.
2. Home Exterior:
• Replacement of the current siding.
• Installation of new windows.
• Update design for better curb appeal.
The perfect candidate for this job should have a track record in delivering successful and aesthetically pleasing renovation plans, particularly those involving the transformation of dated structures into contemporary spaces. Experience in modifications to spaces maybe using space from somewhere else.e
