I'm seeking a talented architect with a contemporary design aesthetic to create an engaging and functional blueprints for a beach resort.
Key Attributes:
- The resort will have a capacity of 51-100 rooms, leveraging the sea view.
- Distinct elements of the design should include sea view rooms, rooms with private pool, multiple restaurants and bars, as well as a large swimming pool.
- Balcony pool rooms are also a must, to provide a unique and luxurious experience for our guests.
- commercial walk way to have shops and cafes (layout)
