Container Home Plans

I'm seeking an experienced architect to create detailed structural plans for a unique vacation home. I already have the sketch with all the details like floor plans, sections and 3D views.
I'll also need plumbing, electrical and mechanical plans, so if you can do everything we can work together
Requirements:
- everything necessary to submit for construction permit in San Bernardino County California like foundation, framing, roof plans and connection details
