Construction plans, Tampa Florida -- 2

This is to familiarize you with my project and facilitate an agreement.
- Building 4-plex in a 2-story building. Each unit 2b/1b. The lot already has 2 duplexes.
- I have done a pre-submittal conference with the County (Hillsborough County, FL) and discussed main features of the project, and received notes of the County. (will send to you if you need them).
- I have done Survey of Boundary, topography, and trees necessary to do the architectural plans since this survey needs to be done by a surveyor in the site. I am sending this to you.
- I have done plans at a local office in Tampa for permitting and submitted them to the County. Unfortunately, the architect suggested to do 2 separate duplexes behind the existing ones instead of doing one multi-story building to save in construction cost, and I agreed. It turned out that County has changed codes and does not allow single story buildings in this street and requested new plans. That is why I must do the work again for a 2-story building. (old plans can be sent to you as indicative information only if you need them).
- The plans should satisfy Hillsborough County FL code and should be stamped and sealed by a certified engineering office in Florida. The plans should include all required drawings architectural, structural, elevation, MEP, Site Plan…etc needed for permitting, as well as Florida Energy Calculations.
- Payments milestones will be as follows: 50% upon submittal of complete set of stamped and sealed plans including all plans needed for permitting, and 50% after doing all revisions requested by the County and upon issuance of the permit.
