Construction plan for a residential building.

I am looking for a freelancer to create a construction plan for my residential building. The building will be less than 2500 sq ft and I have a preference for a modern architectural style. I would like the interior spaces to be customized to my preferences. Ideal skills and experience for this job include expertise in architectural design and construction planning. Knowledge in modern architectural style and interior design is a plus.
