Construction estimator for Flooring Projects

I'm looking for an estimator for our construction projects. Construction Estimator duties and responsibilities
- Daily review of all potential bids with necessary materials (epoxy, concrete, etc.)
- Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
- Select, measure, and track important metrics
- Read and analyze blueprints, drawings
- Prepare relevant and reliable take-off with all measurements (sqft, lf)
- Create and present reports to upper management
