I'm seeking an experienced architectural or structural engineer to creat construction drawings of a residential house.

Task Requirements:
- Create a detailed 3D model using Revit
- Include structural details
- Develop comprehensive construction plans
- Steel, formwork, and reinforcement
- Level of detail: Ready for approval and permits
- Generate construction details based on provided sketches ( pdf, dwg )

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong background in structural engineering
- Experience with creating construction plans and details
- Attention to detail and accuracy
