Residential Construction Cost Analysis

Project Overview:
I am in the planning and design stage of a residential construction project and am seeking a revision to the cost analysis to study the feasibility of the project. I can provide more information about the specific budget in conversation.

You will need to:
- Review suggestions provided for cost reduction
- Review plans and cost schedules to quantify and recalculate the cost reductions provided
- Work in excel to quantify and recalculate costs on a cost estimate template
- Have some experience in residential construction cost analysis, and estimating material and labor costs
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate cost projections

Provided:
- A cost estimate worksheet, a lighting plan and schedule with costs, other plan and proposal documents

Project Deliverables:
- Revise a detailed cost analysis report that will be provided, with adjusted material and labor costs in the correct categories, using information to be provided. Deductions will be shown in a new column to the the current listed estimate amount.
- Hourly fee preferred
