Construction Plans for Florida
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Looking for stamped and signed engineering plans for a residential structure in central Florida. Need to have: floorplans, elevations, MEP, structural. Nice to have: 3D render, site plan, energy calculations.

Prior to any project award you will need to send over the engineer ID so that the license can be validated as current, as well as a sample document stamped and digitally signed for verification. This is non-negotiable as I just spent several months and a lot of money getting scammed.
