Construction Expert Witness for Tribunal

I require an expert in the construction field to serve as an expert witness for an upcoming tribunal hearing at the Landlord and Tenant Board in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review of building permit, simple drawings, and renovation description which was provided to tenants, in order to give an opinion on how long the renovations should take, whether plumbing & electrical permits are needed, and whether work is extensive
- Provide expert opinion on project planning aspects

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge in the construction industry
- Proficiency in understanding building codes and compliance
- Strong background in project planning
- Previous experience as an expert witness
- Excellent communication skills for tribunal presentations
