Construction/Building Estimator

Looking for a Construction/Building Estimator to assist in pricing jobs. We work in the concrete panels industry using both CSRs AFS Rediwall and Logicwall as well as Dincel in Australia. I need someone to work through the drawings and provide the quantities that we will require for concrete, steel, pumping, labor as well as highlighting any potential risks.
