Confirmation if spacer walls can be removed from kitchen for renovation

I have a 80s architect built double brick house with concrete slab floors (3stories)
Wanting to renovate the kitchen however would like to remove /demolish spacer walls been built for pantry/fridge/cooktop/oven.
The walls do touch the ceiling / concrete slab.
Photos and original plans of the house attached
I need an Australian structural engineer to confirm that these walls can be removed or not.
