Condo Kitchen Remodel
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 600 SF condo that I am in the process of remodeling. The condo is a garden style, top floor (2nd), built in 1942 with concrete slab floors.
I am looking for help with the layout of my kitchen. I have included the dimensions, some recent photos, and some of the materials I have or am planning on purchasing. I would like to have the kitchen modeled with the sink in the corner, dishwasher below the window, range to the right of the sink, fridge in the back right corner. I would also like the wood beams and header to be capped with faux wood. The I would also like to explore what the sink would look like under the window.
My ceiling height is 8'6".

I would like to have the microwave (spec TBD) over the range however I am open to putting in a charcoal filtered fan above the range and moving the microwave to the island.
I have the basics in mind for the kitchen but I also encourage design freedom from the experts. Thank you for your interest - specifics can be discussed once we start working. Please expect a couple different iterations (should only be minor tweaks) to consider this complete - the more communication the quicker we can get this accomplished.
