I'm looking for a set of concept drawings for a 36' X 32' three stall garage with an upper 1-bedroom apartment in a 1-1/2 story style. The garage should be designed with the following.

Gym space on lower left side of garage
Storage space behind Gym
3 – 8’ x 8’ overhead doors
2 Service doors
9’ high ceilings on ground floor
Upper apartment
12 X 12 pitch roof
8’ high ceilings upper floor
1 Bedroom
Small fully functioning kitchen
Free standing fireplace
Bathroom with Shower stall & vanity
