Comprehensive Topographic Survey for Land Development
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced surveyor to conduct a thorough topographic survey for a parcel of land exceeding 5 acres, intended for development. The survey should capture:
- Contour lines and elevations to assist in planning and design.
- Existing structures and features on the site.
Please note, this project does not require the identification of vegetation and natural features, nor is it intended for construction planning or an environmental study.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in land surveys, with particular expertise in topography. Familiarity with land development projects will be highly advantageous. Please include in your proposal any relevant past experience and the methodologies you plan to use for this project.
