Comprehensive Structural Survey for Residential Property

I'm in need of a thorough structural survey for a residential building. The purpose of this survey is to assess the property for potential buying.
The survey should focus on:
- Foundation and basement
- Roof and attic
- Plumbing and electrical systems
From our second visit, we noticed that almost all the windows on the second floor show cracks. There is an uneven surface in the hallway after going up the stairs and a significant dip (about 2 cm) in the center of the bathroom, which is concerning.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in conducting structural surveys on residential properties, as well as providing detailed assessments for real estate transactions.
