Comprehensive Ranch Design

I'm seeking a seeking a qualified and creative professional (or firm) to lead the design and master planning of a ranch that will integrate residential, agricultural, and livestock components in a cohesive, sustainable, and practical way.
Project Scope
The project will cover the full design of the following components:
1. Residential Area
• Main ranch house and guest houses
• Sustainable utilities and landscaping
2. Animal Shelters
• Barns, stables, or pens suited for livestock (cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, pork, and Dasyprocta)
• Storage areas for feed and equipment
• Access to water and shade
3. Agricultural Zone
• Zoning for crop cultivation and greenhouses
• Irrigation planning and soil optimization
• Equipment and storage planning
4. Water Feature
• Design and placement of an artificial or natural lake
• Water management, maybe irrigation integration
• Optional recreational or ecological use
5. Infrastructure & Utilities
• Internal roadways, pathways, Gardens, and walking paths.
• Water supply, septic, energy (including solar/renewable options)
• Fencing, drainage, and access gates
• Spaces for leisure activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in ranch or agricultural land design
• Proficiency in CAD, GIS, or landscape design tools
• Understanding of sustainable farming and livestock practices
• Ability to integrate aesthetic, functional, and environmental principles
• Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and environmental regulations
