Comprehensive Budget Planner for G+8 Residential

I'm seeking a budget planner for a G+8 floor residential building. This project involves correcting any mistakes in planning or drawing, if necessary. You will need to conduct a complete project analysis, detailing the individual requirements for materials (steel, cement, bricks, labour, etc.), as well as the time needed for each stage of the project. We are planing for medium class customer. Planing to sale each flat at 3300 per square ft. Club house amenities to added, such as gym, some indoor game's, (is it possible to make indoor batminton court,if yes do suggest)

The architectural plans are partially complete and need adjustments to the elevations and sections.

Ideal candidates will have experience in structural design, project planning and budgeting, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in architectural software and tools is a must, along with excellent communication skills for clearly presenting the budget and project timeline. The project is in Raipur Chhattisgarh.
