SCOPE OF WORK
• Review the design of the site plan & building plans received w.r.t the project requirement and the statutory norms and guidelines. After reviewing will modify the drawings if necessary and finalise the conceptual floor plans.
• Review the existing design and drawings prepared for City-side Masterplan and prepared tenderable drawings for buildings.
• Design two new Auditoriums as part of City-side Masterplan.
• Architectural Design.
• Structural Design
• 4 Star GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment)
• Landscaping
• Conceptual site Plan at appropriate scale (1:100)
• Plans & Sections of 18 nos. of Buildings (scale 1:100).
• Building Massing
• Preliminary Area Summary
• Preliminary Interior Space Planning
• PowerPoint presentation summarizing the above deliverables.
• At least 10 indicative images rendered to give the idea of the schematic.
• Submit preliminary concept for all the relevant components supported by 3D visualizations along with a preliminary cost estimate
