I'm in need of a seasoned designer possessing profound knowledge in architectural design for a residential property. The task is to produce the following drawings for development applications & construction stages of various projects:
- Detailed floor plan
- Detailed elevations
- Detailed cross-section
Drawing Details:
It’s essential to note that these drawings need to be detailed with materials and finishes. Therefore, I am not merely seeking a basic outline.
3d renders - would be good to have this priced as an optional extra only
Ideal Skills and Experience:
I would prefer someone possessing a high understanding of architectural design elements, as well as practical experience in producing professional, detailed construction architectural drawings. You should also have an acute understanding of materials and finishes. Knowledge and experience in residential construction design is a plus.
