I am in need of a specialized surveyor to perform a comprehensive structural survey of an apartment. Here's what you should know:

I have noticed my balcony is at a noticeably different level to others, and my kitchen units, internal doors and starting to shift and cause friction. Glass on balcony is buckling and also floor tiles are non-porous and look dirty in areas of high traffic. Apartment is less than 6 months old
