I am looking for Small project for commercial/Cloud kitchen. I am looking for someone who is experience in working the same. Looking for Architect
• I am looking for atleast 10-15kitchens in G+1 floor of the building
• front space or Inside need space for waste management, mechanical room gas connection etcs
• staircase 4 foot wide atleast.
• atleast 5 feet wide elevator. 5x5 or 5*6
• Rooms: Processing (GF), breakout area for employees lunch, changing rooms+washrooms+lockers, janitor room+ mechanical room for HVAC and hot water etcs+ kitchen sizes minimum 8 clear foot wide and it's depends I am open for 100-120-150 sqft mix of these in kitchens, walk in cooler 10*12 and walk-in freezer similar size or little smaller (12*8) either GF or FF (preferably large room for both of it. commercial common dishwashing area with large kitchen sink and commercial Dishwasher.
• garbage, organic recycling bins space Access through road for takeaways. each bin size 5 foot by 3 foot wide bins
* lobby 4 to 8 foot wide every where and height of kitchen floors as per international code
33*50 foot lot in G+1 east facing road

Discuss the set of drawings and it's price. Need mostly 2D, Elevation, Title sheets and lots of detailing clearly. And others drawings as per discussion and milestone but I need to confirm before I
