Commercial Space Landscaping & Design
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am seeking professional landscaping services for a modern commercial space. Main tasks should include;
- Organization of parking spaces
- Proposing innovative and attraction-grabbing floral and tree planting suggestions for an area of about 650m^2, having a rectangular plot with a building involving around 200m^2. The space needs to be economically landscaped but must accommodate plants suitable for the climate of Banja Luka, which has a moderate humid subtropical climate with mild winters, infrequent frosts, and warm summers. The warmest month of the year is July, with an average temperature of 22.5 °C (72.5 °F), and the coldest month is January, with average temperatures around 1.3 °C (34.3 °F).
The services required might extend beyond the organization of parking spaces and planting recommendations but that remains unclear at this stage. Moreover, there may be potential constraints related to the project, but we'll address them as we progress in our discussions.
The ideal freelancer should have proven experience in commercial landscaping, particularly with modern design themes. Ability to suggest environment-friendly and cost-effective solutions will be a plus. A knack for transforming spaces to make them appealing, innovative, yet practical is highly desirable. The freelancer should have excellent communication skills to understand my vision and translate it into an elegant, functional landscape design.
