Commercial SketchUp Models & Renders
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have three small commercial projects that need to be taken from PDF/Autocad plans into clean, well-organised SketchUp files and a set of presentation renders.
Scope and focus
• These are strictly commercial spaces, so please model the full building envelope, façades, roof forms, and all outdoor areas—parking, landscaped zones, entry canopies, service yards, signage bases, etc.
• I’m after a detailed structural model: walls, slabs, openings, external finishes and primary site elements must be accurate and grouped logically. Interior furniture or photoreal textures are not required at this stage; flat colour materials are fine as long as geometry is precise.
Deliverables (per project)
1. Native SketchUp (.skp) file organised by layers/tags and groups/components.
2. 4–6 still renders (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar) that clearly communicate massing, materials and outdoor context.
3. One round of minor revisions once I review the first draft.
File naming, scale, and north orientation must match the provided drawings. I’ll supply PDFs, reference photos and a brief for each project as soon as we start. If you’re comfortable turning small commercial sites into tidy, detailed SketchUp models and producing sharp renders, I look forward to seeing your samples.
