Commercial Office Space Architect Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am very interested in adding a second story to my office building. I need help designing that in a way where it could be safe and used for permits, builders, etc.
The size of the office space is up to 5,000 sq ft. The design should incorporate a traditional architectural style.
I am not sure if I would want the second floor used as residential or commercial. Would like to start with just a big, open space.
