I'm in need of an expert in creating floor plans, specifically for an office environment. The space should incorporate:
1,800 SF, Single-Tenant, Commercial Office Building
Scope:
i. Large lobby for 8 people, they would like for this to be the focal point of the space
ii. Small reception area with desk
iii. 2 large conference rooms (14’x17’)
iv. 2 offices (8’x10’)
v. Café/Break area in back of space/not visibly to lobby
Ideal candidates should:
- Have experience in designing commercial office space
- Be knowledgeable in space planning and architectural design
- Understand modern office concepts such as open workspaces
