Nous sommes à la recherche d'un architecte membre de l'Ordre des Architectes du Québec ayant une expérience en matière de permis de la ville de Montréal (Ville-Marie), notamment en ce qui concerne les permis de transformation et d'occupation. La propriété en question est un bâtiment commercial (destiné à devenir un restaurant).
Il s'agit d'un petit local (800 sqft).
Nous avons les plans d'un designer, nous avons besoin d'un architecte pour réviser les plans, s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes au code et estampiller les documents.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un gros projet et nous voulons le faire le plus rapidement possible, nous sommes limités dans le temps.

We have plans from a designer, we need an architect to review the plans, make sure they're up to code and stamp the documents.
It is a small area (800 sqft).
This should not be a big project and want to do it as fast as possible, we are very time limited.
