Commercial Landscaping & Lighting Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need detailed landscaping and lighting plans for a commercial construction project. I have the site plan that a local engineering company has provided, and they will submit once I have a sufficient landscaping plan (for local green-scape requirements), along with a lighting plan for the commercial property that meets the requirements as well.
Requirements:
--Building elevations (will provide current model/photo to use for the drawing you will submit)
-Photometric (lighting) plans for exterior lights. (I will locate the requirements we need to meet)
-Landscape plan meeting the city's landscaping requirements.( I will need to provide a tree inventory for ones that are there currently.)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Design Experience with commercial landscaping and lighting design
- Knowledge of local ordinances and regulations and how to meet those with CAD plans.
- Ability to create detailed, compliant plans based on provided guidelines
