Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
In need of a seasoned architectural professional to offer commercial design and remodeling services for my medium-sized project of 1,000 - 5,000 sq ft, accentuated with a traditional and classic design aesthetic.
The ideal candidate should come with:
- Expertise in both commercial design and remodels.
- An impeccable track record of handling medium-sized projects.
- A knack for seamlessly blending traditional and classic looks in their designs.
- Exceptional skills in space planning, designing, drafting, and architectural visualization.
As this project involves renovation and remodeling, it is crucial that your experience also includes understanding structural considerations of existing buildings, municipal codes, and how to create detailed plans for construction/renovation teams.
This engagement would be a perfect fit for a dedicated professional who respects timeless design aesthetics and can incorporate them into redesigns of current structures.
This is going to be a restaurant. Must have a Texas PE and/or Architect stamp.
We need architectural, MEP and RCP drawings for permitting.
Must work in CAD.
