Commercial Building SketchUp Plan
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I require a SketchUp professional to accurately and efficiently create structural, electrical, and plumbing diagrams for an existing multi-family residential building. This is primarily for use in building permit applications.
Specific information required includes:
- Site measurements and dimensions
- Existing floor plans
- Proposed modifications (added as a follow-up project)
Can you deliver precisely detailed SketchUp files for a multifamily residential building? Professionals with experience in providing documentation for successful commercial multifamily residential permit applications will be highly regarded.
In addition to the floor plan (in attached file) there is a crawlspace underneath with the electrical and plumbing connections. The initial contract will be for (1) the building exterior (walls, walkways, windows, doors, roof, parking, and decks), (2) the building crawlspace (support posts, plumbing, electrical [main building panel with connections to the 10 subpanels only]), (3) detail plumbing, electrical, and floorplan work in a single unit (#3).
