The facility will be housed inside a steel building with the help of the manufacturer's design team. Architect to design interior spaces themed as a 1950's residential neighborhood. Rooms include 4' front porch. Caferteria is themed as a diner, with booth spaces for barbers and beauticians. Requires creativity. All interior spaces must meet or exceed NC license code for adult care homes.
