Commercial Architectural Drafting

I am seeking a professional experienced in architectural drafting for commercial buildings. We are looking to add 2 new detached additions to a hotel. We are not looking for a detailed plan, more to get an idea of how many rooms and how big of a structure could be added to 2 open spaces, while maintaining space for parking.
