Coloring and siding design of residential building and renderings

I am looking for a designer who can create a modern design for the coloring and siding of my apartment building. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing for multi-family homes and a strong understanding of modern design aesthetics. The preferred siding material for this project is panel siding. The final design should be unique and eye-catching while also complementing the surrounding area.

Once the coloring and exterior is approved the following renderings are requested:
Renderings from all 4 sides
Taken from above diagonally on the building
Interior pictures that show the separation between living and sleeping
Focus on the patios
A colored floor plan
