City Plans Update & Architect Approval

I need an architect to update city plans for a property in Kirkland, WA. The project involves removing windows and installing a sliding glass door.

Key Tasks:
- Update existing city plans to reflect the removal of windows and addition of a sliding glass door
- Modify the layout of rooms in accordance with the proposed changes
- Prepare a floor plan showing both the existing and proposed conditions of the structure
- Stamp and seal the updated plans

Requirements:
- Proficiency in architectural design and city planning
- Experience with CAD software required
- Ability to modify and update city plans accurately
- Must be a licensed architect able to stamp and seal the plans
