Certified Site Plan Needed

I need a certified site plan to be used in the permit process in Dickson, TN. This is for a 30'x90' commercial building. so stamped drawings are a must. We will be razing a building and rebuilding the new building on the same slab/footprint. We are building in the middle of 125 acres of property, so their won't be any boundary issues. You can see the attached file for property lines of the several parcels we own. The plan would include other things like demolition, water runoff, soil disturbance. I'm not sure this is the correct terminology for what I'm asking, but we can chat and clear up any questions.
