Two-story eight unit condominium needs permit to repair and modify a steel railing add to stairwells exterior and a balcony. The modification is to make it 48 inches to comply with city of Miami Beach building code.Also need gate replaced. We have a welder to do the work but need a plan to submit to the city to obtain a building permit. Working with construction consultant who can assist you.I have also attached some photos and the violation which contains photos as well.
