California New Residential Building Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Project is to create a full permit set of residential building plans based on a pre-selected design (linked below, markups attached) to be submitted to San Mateo County, California planning & building department for permits.
Property address is 100 Dexter, Redwood City, CA. New house will be on the south side of existing house and it will face Waverly St. Lot will be split under SB-9. Plans must be developed to comply with all SB-9 requirements. Note that SB-9 is a new law going into effect in Jan 2022, details can be found online. We intend to use SB-9 to split the lot and build this new house.
Must have complete understanding of California Building Code and San Mateo County, CA planning & building department requirements. Final plan set must include all required submissions to meet county requirements including structural design & calcs, Title 24, etc.

Drawings must be completely detailed for construction.
