We have a internal layout plan for 2 floor house (loft) with basement. We already have the layout plan , dimensions from an online purchased engineering drawing. However, we need to make a adjustment to the roof sytem (change from gable, to a south facing mono pitch). With a screened in porch attached near the dining room.
This is likely required a slab style roof, with small overhangs east west, but large for north south.
