CHARTERED Architect Needed for Outbuilding Conversion
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm looking for a chartered architect to help with transforming an existing outbuilding into a bedroom annex.
Key Tasks:
- Create comprehensive architectural drawings for the conversion
- Develop OS MAP, Block Plan, and Site Plan
The outbuilding is approximately 4x5 metres and is attached to a semi-detached house. The conversion will be primarily for a single-bedroom annex with an en-suite bathroom.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Chartered Architect
- Previous experience with residential conversions
- Familiarity with local planning and building regulations
- Ability to design efficient and practical living spaces
- Good communication skills for ongoing collaboration
